Engr. Estahak Ahmed Shaikat, Managing Director, Basher Group of Industries, the Director of Bangladesh Textile Mills Association, he is the youngest director since 2019. He is also the Chairman of Law and Order, Anti Smuggling committee. He has graduated from Devry Inst of Tech, Canada, in Electronics Engineering Technology and member of APEGA. Later he has completed MSc from Dhaka University on Accounting. 

He has been part of many educational institutes, social organizations across the nation. He has taken much initiative to educate, motivate youth. Within a very short time he has participate many seminars, conferences internationally and locally. He has awarded as one of the best young Entrepreneur in Bangladesh 2014
